A parboiled rice of fine variety, characterized by large and well separated grains, ideal for the preparation of high quality dishes, as it can guarantee a baking trait and an always perfect appearance.
Parboiled machining is to ingest the rice in hot water and then to quickly dry it. Thanks to this process all the nutrients remain locked inside the grain, giving it more nutritional power and greater baking strength so much that it is very difficult to get rid of Parboiled rice.
