Risotto with Porcini - Gluten free
When cooked remove from the heat and stir the risotto with porcini mushrooms with clarified butter, a few flakes of Castelmagno and freshly chopped parsley.
Ingredients: Rice superfine, granular vegetable broth (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrin, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, onion, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural vegetable aromas, rice flour), dried porcini mushrooms (2.5%), flour porcini mushrooms (Boletus edible and related group) (1.5%).
