Processing:
Parboiled machining is to ingest the rice in hot water and then to quickly dry it. Thanks to this process all the nutrients remain locked inside the grain, giving it more nutritional power and greater baking strength so much that it is very difficult to get rid of Parboiled rice.

having an unparalleled baking trait with well separated grains, is suitable for complex preparations requiring special features. We recommend using it to cook Paiella or rice salads.
