
Mediterranean Soup - Gluten free

A variant in the preparation can be: prepare a light browned and cook the mixture for a few minutes before adding hot water, proceed with cooking. Serve hot with extra virgin olive oil, fresh chilli and a few mint leaves chopped.
Ingredients: Carnaroli brown rice (50%), chickpeas, dehydrated carrot, dehydrated tomato, cannellini beans, red adzuki (50% in varying proportions).
